Meet Connecticut children’s author Deborah Washington at the Morris Public Library, Saturday, May 21, 11 am, as she presents and signs her newest book “A Fish in a Tree.”
A fish in a tree? How could that be?
A whimsical story full of rhyme and beautiful illustrations follows a pesky fish-shaped balloon as it adventures around where it should not be. But when a helping hand comes along, he finds a way to save everyone.
“A Fish in a Tree” teaches the youngsters with rhymes and illustrations to keep our environment safe and clean, which is quite important, and it can start at any age and even be fun!
